Verified Payments Only

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the wnidb platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy every condition listed below before registering an account or placing any bet or wager.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. wnidb strictly enforces the 18+ requirement. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to gamble on this platform. wnidb will request documentary proof of age — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during account registration or subsequent activity. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method after deduction of any bonus amounts received.
- Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of wnidb is lawful in your location. wnidb does not represent or warrant that use of this platform is legal in every jurisdiction.
- Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are bankrupt, subject to debt relief orders, or under any other legal restriction relating to financial transactions may not open an account.
- Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through wnidb's own responsible gaming tools or through any external gambling self-exclusion scheme that covers this platform. Attempting to register a new account while self-excluded is a breach of these terms.
- Single account: You may hold only one active registered account on wnidb at any one time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the reason for their creation.
wnidb takes age verification seriously. If we are unable to confirm your age through the information provided at registration, we will restrict your account from depositing or playing until satisfactory identity documentation has been submitted and verified. Account Registration & Security
To access the full functionality of the wnidb platform — including depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and placing bets — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.
The following rules apply to all wnidb registered accounts:
- Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, email address, and phone number during registration. Providing false or misleading information — including using another person's identity — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
- Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. wnidb will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact [email protected] immediately.
- OTP verification: wnidb uses OTP (one-time password) verification as an additional security layer for sensitive account actions including withdrawals, password changes, and payment method additions. You are responsible for keeping your registered phone number active and accessible.
- KYC documentation: wnidb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national ID card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill — at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied until the process is complete.
- Account non-transferability: Your wnidb account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
wnidb reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time, with or without prior notice. Accounts that fail to pass identity verification, or where the information provided cannot be confirmed, may be suspended pending further review.
Deposits & Withdrawals
wnidb supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and major international cards (Visa and Mastercard). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification checks.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Deposits are credited to your wnidb account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider in most cases. Processing times may vary during periods of high network load.
- wnidb does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which wnidb accepts no responsibility.
- Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activity on the wnidb platform. Deposits are not investments and do not accrue interest.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be waived.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of four hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. Accounts pending verification may experience longer processing times.
- wnidb reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the cash portion of your account balance is immediately withdrawable, subject to the rules above.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
wnidb operates a daily bonus programme and a range of ongoing and seasonal promotional offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins winnings, and cashback credits — are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not withdrawable.
- Wagering contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live table games, including Live Baccarat and Live Roulette, may contribute a lower percentage. Crash games and sports bets may have specific contribution rules stated on the promotion page. Check the individual bonus terms before playing.
- Maximum bet restriction: While a wagering requirement is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is ৳500 (or the equivalent for that game's minimum denomination), unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses and free spins have an expiry period, stated on the relevant promotion page. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account balance.
- One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing to claim a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being removed.
- Abuse and manipulation: wnidb monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any player found to be abusing the bonus programme — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering designed to fulfil requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusion with other players — will have their bonus revoked and may face account suspension.
- Promotional eligibility: wnidb reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player groups, geographic regions, or payment methods. Promotional offers are not guaranteed and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules & Fair Play
All casino games and sports betting markets available on wnidb are operated in accordance with the rules published by the relevant game providers and sports data suppliers. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game or market.
- RNG certification: All electronic casino games on wnidb — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action, device, or software.
- Live dealer games: Live dealer games — powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — are conducted by trained dealers in real-time studio environments. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical events (card draws, roulette spins) under controlled studio conditions. Video feeds are provided in real time, and wnidb bears no responsibility for network interruptions that may affect the viewing experience.
- Sportsbook and cricket betting: All sports betting markets — including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the specific market rules published on the relevant bet slip or market page. wnidb reserves the right to void bets where events are cancelled, postponed, or where data errors are identified. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at wnidb's discretion.
- Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or game software faults — all affected bets are void and stakes will be returned to the player's account balance. wnidb will not honour wins resulting from game malfunctions.
- Disputed results: If you believe a game result was recorded incorrectly, you must contact [email protected] within 72 hours of the relevant game session. wnidb will review the game logs and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of wnidb's review team is final in all cases of disputed game results.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a bet. wnidb reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wnidb platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Fraud and deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, creating accounts under false pretences, or misrepresenting your age or location.
- Money laundering: Using the wnidb platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering activity. wnidb cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. All suspicious transactions are reported as required by applicable law.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional terms through arbitrage strategies, coordinated play between multiple accounts, low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear bonuses without genuine risk exposure, or creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.
- Collusion and cheating: Colluding with other players — particularly in live dealer games or poker environments — through any communication channel to gain an unfair advantage. Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for gaming. wnidb will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue recovery through legal channels.
- Intellectual property violations: Copying, distributing, reproducing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, imagery, or data belonging to wnidb without prior written authorisation.
- Harassment: Using any wnidb communication channel — including live chat or support email — to harass, threaten, or abuse wnidb staff or other players.
wnidb employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account behaviour in real time. Where suspicious activity is detected, accounts will be flagged for manual review and may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. Players under investigation retain no right to withdraw funds until the investigation is resolved.
Account Closure & Suspension
Both you and wnidb have the right to close your account at any time. The circumstances under which either party may initiate account closure are described below.
Closure by the Player
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, we ask that you inform us of this so that we can apply a self-exclusion flag and ensure you are not sent marketing communications following closure. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of active bonus funds not yet wagered) will be returned to your registered payment method within four business days.
Players who close their accounts voluntarily may request account reinstatement after a cooling-off period, subject to re-verification. Players who self-excluded for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to seek support before requesting reinstatement.
Suspension or Closure by wnidb
wnidb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity
- Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age
- Account operated in violation of the single-account rule
- Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements
Where an account is closed by wnidb due to a breach of terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full at wnidb's discretion.
Additional Terms & Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and wnidb with respect to your use of this platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
Limitation of liability: wnidb provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wnidb disclaims all warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. wnidb's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual property: All content on the wnidb platform — including text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the property of wnidb or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Governing law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
